Shakti Gurha brings decades of professional experience, including more than 20 years in the utilities and power distribution sectors.

A seasoned subject-matter expert, Shakti’s career spans process consulting, large-scale programme delivery, solutioning, and pre-sales, with deep, hands-on exposure to working with both Indian and global electricity utilities. He has been closely associated with major sector reform programmes such as R-APDRP and RDSS and has experience delivering projects involving multilateral funding agencies, including the World Bank. His professional journey includes senior roles with organisations such as Fluentgrid, Tech Mahindra, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, HCL Infosystems, and Alcatel-Lucent India Limited.

In his current role at CyanConnode, Shakti leads the Operations and Delivery function with end-to-end responsibility for project execution across deployments and long-term FMS engagements. His focus is on strengthening delivery governance, ensuring sustained SLA performance, and enabling scale as smart metering projects transition from rollout to steady-state operations.
