CyanConnode Joins Trade Delegation to India led by Prime Minister May
CyanConnode, the world leader in narrowband RF mesh networks for Omni Internet of Things (IoT) communications, announces that it is a member of the Department for International Trade’s delegation to India, on the 7th-8th November 2016 along with Prime Minister Theresa May.
Led by the Department for International Trade (DIT), Enterprise Europe Network and Innovate UK, the delegation gives companies an opportunity to attend the India-UK TECH Summit, a three-day showcase and business expo. The TECH Summit is designed to encourage greater levels of business between the UK and India, promote direct engagement with potential partners and investors and build understanding of local market conditions for SME’s.
Speaking about the meeting, Prime Minister May commented: “We’ll be focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises to try to ensure that we boost the relationships between smaller and medium-sized businesses here in the UK with the important Indian market.”[1]
John Cronin commented: “This delegation allows us to build on our existing experience and success in the Indian Market. CyanConnode’s business model is to work closely with partners in-country and share our technology and know-how. Our solutions are designed to support smart communications and applications both today and as the market evolves. We recently won the Innovation Excellence award at the Independent Power Producers Association of India (“IPPAI”) Power Awards, which recognised CyanConnode’s solutions for their low implementation costs, successful customer deployments and scope for future development.”
CyanConnode is showcasing its Omnimesh solution at the UK Tech India Summit in the H!ve at the centre of the main Expo on 8th November at 11am. Prime Minister May will appear at the Summit as the VIP speaker today, 7th November. The Summit will be followed by a bespoke trade mission to Pune and Kochi.
