Nitin Jain was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for CyanConnode’s India operations, following an extensive 20-year career in the financial sector. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Nitin brings a depth of knowledge in Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis, Due Diligence, Controllership, Management Reporting, ERP Implementation & Automation, Financial Modelling, and Budgeting.

Prior to joining CyanConnode, Nitin held the position of Group Finance Controller at Sterlite Power and Averda Waste Management in Dubai. Nitin’s key strengths also include an exceptional ability to drive financial efficiency and strategic growth, navigating through the complexities of Telecom, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Waste Management sectors.

Some notable achievements of Nitin include playing a crucial role in a private fund raise of $150 million as well as being instrumental in securing $75 million in debt funding from the Development Finance Corporation (US) and IFC (World Bank) for recycling projects across various countries. His experience is further broadened by his involvement in mergers, due diligence, acquisitions, transition, amalgamation, and strategic cost savings, while also adeptly administering hedging and bill discounting facilities.

Nitin is also a certified Carbon Accounting & Markets Expert (CCAME), showcasing his commitment to environmental sustainability in finance.
