CyanConnode was chosen by E.ON as a complement to the main communication technology, point-to-point GSM.

CyanConnode is primarily used in meter room installations and in areas with poor GSM coverage, especially on the south coast of Sweden. 16,000 CyanConnode-enabled meters have been delivered for the project.
